SCHEDULES & FARES
Fares are in Canadian dollars per person. Bus portion of price is listed separately and is a taxable service. Currently, 5% HST (Goods & Services Tax) is in effect. The current (prevailing) BC Ferry Fare(s) will be added at the time of ticket purchase and is a non-taxable item. Schedules, fares & taxes are subject to change without notice. Travelling times are approximate and are subject to traffic, weather and road conditions. Ticket is valid one year from date of purchase.
RESERVATIONS
Victoria passengers require reservations for hotel pick-up service, enroute reservations and Cruise Ship service. Vancouver passengers require reservations for hotel pick-up service and enroute reservations.
BC (BRITISH COLUMBIA) RESIDENT FARES
BC Residents who travel on our Crosswater or YVR Victoria Link (transportation services between Victoria & Vancouver) will qualify for this fare category (Adult/Senior/Child). ID which clearly displays the city/town in which you reside must be supported by one additional piece of ID.
CHILD FARE
To qualify for child rates, children must be between the ages of 5 to 11 years inclusive. For children 0-4 years, their seat is subject to availability; we recommend purchasing an additional seat to guarantee the seat if this is required/preferred.
BRITISH COLUMBIA SENIORS (BC Seniors)
BC Seniors do not pay for the ferry fare on most BC Ferries routes Monday through Thursday except for statuatory holidays. Please present your BC Gold Care Card, BC License or residency card at time of purchase.
STUDENT FARE
Students who travel on our Crosswater or YVR Victoria Link can qualify for a student fare upon presentation of a valid student ID card and one additional piece of photo ID at time of purchase.
CANCELLATION
Victoria Services (Crosswater & YVR Victoria Link): 24 hours or less prior to departure time, 100% non-refundable.
BAGGAGE
We are pleased to provide baggage storage onboard our coaches. Please ensure that you have placed the correct destination tag on your baggage. Baggage is limited to 2 pieces, not to exceed 22.5 kg (50 lbs.) per piece and 1 carry-on (15 lbs and under). We cannot transport an item over 31.75 kg (70 lbs.). Overweight items 22.5 - 31.75 kg (50-70 lbs) will be subject to an additional fee of $15.00 per piece (plus applicable tax) and space availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen baggage; baggage is the responsibility of the traveler.
Please note: Pacific Coach is able to transport items which are "Restricted" onboard BC Ferries; service is available from "depot to depot" only i.e. Downtown Vancouver (Pacific Central Station), YVR (Vancouver International Airport) or Downtown Victoria (Greyhound Canada Depot). Items include Boxes, Food, Fragile items, Golf Clubs, Skis and Snowboards. Please note that overweight items will be subject to additional fees.
BIKE, SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, & GOLF CLUBS
These items will be accepted for transport on a space available basis and must be properly contained (bike box or bag) at an additional fee of $20.00 - $30.00 (plus applicable taxes). We are not responsible for damages.
ENROUTE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICE (VICTORIA and/or VANCOUVER)
Reservations and pre-payment are required; please ensure reservation is made 24 hrs prior to departure. Pacific Coach has specific or designated pickup and drop-off points. Advise driver directly of your drop-off point.
PET POLICY
We cannot accommodate the carriage of pets. Exception: People with Disabilities (CNIB or DSI card required) service animals accompanying an individual inside the coach.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
Pacific Coach Lines has a limited number of wheelchair lift equipped coaches in its fleet. For passengers who require the service of a wheelchair lift equipped coach, we require reservations and full prepayment AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of the trip. While we will do our utmost to provide this service, the service is subject to confirmation. Please note due to safety considerations wheelchair lift services are available for embarkation (boarding) and disembarkation at originating departure locations only; Victoria Bus Terminal (Greyhound Canada depot), Vancouver Bus Terminal (Pacific Central Station) and YVR (Vancouver International Airport).
For passengers who use non-motorized mobility aids i.e. walkers and are able to board the coach with some assistance, we are able to store the non-motorized mobility aid under the coach. Motorized scooters cannot be carried. We require that you phone us at least 48 hours before your departure to request assistance, and that you be at the depot/terminal no less than 30 minutes prior to departure for boarding.
DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER DROP-OFF SERVICE (Victoria originating passengers)
Complimentary drop-off service to downtown Vancouver (Burrard & Georgia Streets) available year-round on the following departures (when operating) from Victoria 5:45 am, 7:45 am, 9:45 am, 11:45 am, 1:45 pm, 3:45 pm, 5:45 pm, 7:45 pm.
Drop-off service for passengers originating in Victoria is available to select hotels in downtown Vancouver, on the following departure times and dates. 3:45 pm (May 01-September 30); 5:45 pm (Year-round)
HOTEL PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF SERVICE IN VANCOUVER
Pick-up service for passengers in Vancouver, enroute to Victoria, is available at select hotels in downtown Vancouver, reservations required, on the following departures times & dates. Please be ready for hotel pick-up 30-50 minutes prior to schedule departure time (you will be advised of the time when booking). 7:30 am (May 1-Sep. 30); 8:45 am (10 am sailing, May-Sep); 9:45 am (Year-round).
YVR (VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) TO/FROM VICTORIA
Please check-in at our ticket counter which is located in the International Arrivals Terminal on the Arrivals level prior to boarding. Bus departure location is located directly outside the terminal, close to our ticket counter.
Please refer to our YVR Victoria Link schedule for current departure/arrival information. Some departures require coach transfer at Tsawwassen ferry terminal (driver will handle luggage). Please note our 7:40pm departure from YVR Airport terminates at Swartz Bay. Enroute pick-up and drop off service is also available at the River Rock Casino Resort (located close to Casino entrance), reservations and prepayment required.

VANCOUVER CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL SERVICE TO/FROM VICTORIA (SEASONAL)
Our Cruise Ship Terminal service operates between Canada Place, Ballantyne Pier and downtown Victoria when ships are arriving and departing at the Port of Vancouver. Reservations and pre-payment are required a minimum of 24 hours prior to departure. Advise our driver directly of your drop-off point.

Depart Victoria onboard our YVR Victoria Link service to YVR (Vancouver International Airport). Upon arrival at YVR, please check in to our Pacific Coach Ticket Counter located in the International Terminal, Arrivals Level, for your coach to Whistler (reservations required)
