Please note that the red star indicates our location in the International Arrivals section of the airport.
Please note that during the period of January 25, 2010 to March 23, 2010 a temporary counter will be set up in the public arrivals area. The counter will be located by the hotel information board at the foot of the escalators.
For Passengers arriving on Domestic Flights
You will be able to locate us easily in the domestic arrivals area of Vancouver airport. Our desk is situated directly in front of baggage carousel # 5. Your bus will be waiting for you as you exit Door E of the Domestic Arrivals level of the airport which is adjacent to our counter.
