Whistler Hotel Package Cancellation Policy
Summer & Early Ski Season

Cancellations made within 14 days or less prior to check-in result in full penalty. NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTION! (We strongly recommend to our customers to purchase cancellation or travel insurance as there are no refunds for early departures, weather conditions, illness or injury.)

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will be subject to $20.00 cancellation fee per person

Winter Season
- Cancellations made within 45 days or less prior to check-in result in full penalty. NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTION! (We strongly recommend to our customers to purchase cancellation or travel insurance as there are no refunds for early departures, weather conditions, illness or injury.)
- Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to check-in will be subject to $20.00 cancellation fee per person
- No changes permitted
Listel Hotel:
a. December 27, 2007 to March 29, 2008
i. Three (3) Nights stay required for stays Sunday through Friday.
ii. Five (5) nights stay required for any reservation staying on a Saturday
Hotel Package Cancellation Policy (All other hotels)
- Cancellations made within 7 days or less prior to check-in result in full penalty. NO REFUND! NO EXCEPTION!
Sightseeing Reservations Cancellation Policy
- No show fee (100%) & All cancellations within 24 hours are 100% non-refundable
- Changes are permitted up until the day of departure for no penalty
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee, if customers are paying by cash upon pickup, the credit card will not be charged. If the customers no-show for their pickup, their guarantee credit card payment will be charged per the above fees.
