I used Pacific coach to travel from downtown Vancouver to Whistler and back a few days later. Its a great service. Both legs prompt and very convenient drop off and pick up right outside my hotel. The scenery enroute is fantastic - try to sit on left hand side on way to Whistler and LHS on wayback for best views. Great value.

I left my purse with my phone and passport on the bus! One call and they found it and sent a shuttle to drop it off at my hotel in Whistler!! Service above and beyond. Also the bus was clean, ride was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We booked our trip to Victoria before we got to Vancouver. All instructions were clear and concise even the time it would take to your destination. Bus to ferry to bus to Victoria is about 4:30 hrs, but you don't have to deal with bags or traffic getting in and out of the ferry. Our buses were clean and quiet and the driver was very polite.

We ordered online from NZ. It was easy to get to pick up location and the bus was really comfortable. Didn't end up using wifi onboard as the trip to Whistler was so spectacular. Highly recommend for a day trip.

We booked online 2 months in advance and worked well for us as a shuttle bus to/from Whislter. Pick up was on time and the coach was very clean and comfy seats reclined too. WiFi on the coach was better than that we experienced anywhere in NYC. Good driver, smooth coach ride, and a clean wc on board,
Will use again.

Booked the trip online before we went. But sent a query email which was met with fantastic service from the Pacific coach team...and he gave us a 4 person discount. Coach trip was punctual. Coach was very clean and the wifi is always a winner. Brilliant all round and would use them again and recommend them to others.

I had just taken a ten hour flight from Philadelphia to Vancouver and dreaded/didn't know what to expect on the bus and ferry trip to downtown Victoria. Well, let me tell you, it was the most beautiful part of a long trip. gorgeous scenery, helpful drivers, and a great time on the ferry to recharge laptop batteries phone and do some work in a study Carrel. The buffets and cafeteria on the have great food and service.there is even a gift shop. what a humane way to travel! it was a highlight of my trip!

We used Pacific Coach to travel from Vancouver to Victoria and Back. It is a long trip, about 4 to five hours, considering that you travel through bus and ferry. It was very pleasant trips, it was like a driving tour between the cities and a ferry boat tour around Vancouver Island.

With no reservation and no cash, the chofer and another person working for Pacific Coach (kind of supervisor), did their best so that my son and I could take the bus from Whistler back to Vancouver. Because of the hour there was no chance to find someone at their office to make the payment with my credit card. They wrote down the info from my credit card, made the charge a few hours later and by the time I was back at the hotel in Vancouver, I already had the receipt in my email. I trusted them completely with no regrets at all.
I’m really sorry I didn’t write their names, but I want to thank them again, and congratulate them for such a professional service. This happened in Whistler, July 24th, the bus departing at 19hr.
Thank you Pacific Coach for making our Whistler adventure to have a happy ending!

I used this tour company while in Vancouver and have nothing but good to report on its services. I picked it up at the Vancouver Bus Station, rode the bus onto the ferry, and ended at the bus station in Victoria. The ferry ride was fabulous and the whole trip seamless. I highly recommend this company!

This was a great option for our family. We were traveling without a car and the rate for a car rental with a different drop-off location than pick-up made this the more economical choice. Very easy & convenient. We boarded a clean & comfortable bus at the Vancouver bus station which drove us right on to the ferry. We were able to leave our things on the locked bus and spend out time where we like on the boat. A beautiful ride with a naturalist on board. At the harbor, we hopped back on the bus and drove right off and rode into the bus station at Victoria, about 2 blocks from the Inner Harbor area and our hotel.

We were visiting Vancouver from the US and wanted a simple way to get to Victoria for the day. We did not have a car, and the ferry docks are about a 45 minute drive from the city both in Vancouver and Victoria, so it can be a challenge to get there. Pacific Coach will pick you up at your hotel if you're staying downtown. We met at the bus station, and had a very pleasant ride (with free wifi!). The ferries allow commercial vehicles priority access, so we were the first ones on and off each way. We got to watch all the cars wait in a long line as we cruised on by! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Maybe next time to Whistler!

Booked on line before we left Australia. Had our ticket all ready at the booking counter at Station street Vancouver for us to collect to hop on the bus to get to the ferry to take us to Vancouver Island. Gorgeous cruise through the islands on the ferry. Food on board the ferry was reasonable. Transfer to Victoria bus station went off without a problem. Nice easy way to spend an afternoon. A lot cheaper than the float planes if your not in a hurry to get over to the island.

Was on my way home from an unforgettable time in Victoria and totally forgot about my camera I left on the seat. After a few stressful minutes I was able to talk to a very helpful lady at the pacific coach's front desk at Vancouver airport who got in contact with the driver who then personal drove it all the way back to the airport for me from their depo. What Champions!!! Can't thank them enough, Pacific Coach you guys rock.

We used Pacific Coach to get from Victoria BC to central Vancouver. The trip was booked online the night before for the coach and ferry - all one ticket and very reasonable cost. No problems with checking in and an easy transfer to the ferry was made. The crossing to the mainland was easy and comfortable - very good food in the buffet and again an easy transfer back onto the coach at the other side. We got off the coach in central Vancouver close to our destination hotel. The trip was around 4 hours and effortless. Well recommended.

We travelled from Vancouver airport to Victoria by Pacific Coach and ferry. We bought it as a package from Pacific Coach which is really handy as you can leave your luggage on the bus to be hands free to enjoy the ferry trip part. Pacific Coach has a booth/office at Vancouver International airport so we got our tickets there when we arrived. The system worked well and it was an alternative scenery to our reverse travel by sea plane. Although we boarded at the airport, the company also collects from Downtown Vancouver. The one way journey took about 3 and half hours.
