Please check-in at the Pacific Coach ticket counter which is located in the International Arrivals Terminal, Arrivals Level, prior to boarding our bus/coach. Departure location is located directly outside the terminal, close to our ticket counter.  
We are able to accommodate pick-up requests at most hotels and condos in Whistler Village, Whistler Properties, and Creekside. Please see hotel/condo listings below.

Door to Door Service

Door to Door service is included and provides transportation to hotels and condos located in the village (Whistler Village, Upper Village, Village North and Creekside). Due to the landscape at Whistler Village, at some locations we are able to provide transportation service to a property closest to your hotel/condo only. Please see hotel/condo listings below.

We provide door to door service to reservations that are made outside of 24 hours prior to travel date.
Reservations within 24 hours prior to departure will be to/from Gateway Loop or Legends (Creekside). 

Key Service

Due to the additional requirement to provide Key pick-up, check-in assistance and additional transportation, a Key Service fee of $15.00 per person will be levied (plus 5% GST). This fee is a one time fee (inbound only) and does include your return pick-up at your hotel/condo. Guests must make their checkout arrangments directly with the property management company prior to departure. Please see hotel/condo listings below.

We are the only bus transportation company with ticket counters located at the International Arrivals areas of YVR (Vancouver International Airport).   Our agents are always available to greet you. You will find us beside the bottom of the escalator at International Arrivals. International travelers can easily identify our counter as the signage is prominently displayed. We are located immediately after you clear Canada Customs and Immigration.

We are pleased to provide baggage storage onboard our coaches. Please ensure that you have placed the correct destination tag on your baggage. Baggage is limited to 2 pieces, not to exceed 22.5 kg (50 lbs.) per piece and 1 carry-on (15 lbs and under).

All baggage must be tagged with an appropriate destination baggage tag. We are not responsible for lost or stolen baggage; baggage is the responsibility of the traveler.

These items will be accepted for transport on a space available basis and must be properly contained (box or bag). Bikes in Regular boxes will be charged $42.00 (142cm x 21cm x 79cm or 56" x 8" x 31" per bike) and in Oversized Boxes  $52.50 (154cm x 25cm x 79cm or 61" x 10" x 31" per bike). Bicycle service is available (with reservations for bicycle) from YVR Airport, Vancouver Downtown and Whistler. We are not responsible for damages.  Maximum up to 50 pounds each item.  All the items will be weighted at the time of check-in.
We cannot accommodate the carriage of pets. Exception: People with Disabilities (CNIB or DSI card required) service animals accompanying an individual inside the coach.
Pacific Coach Lines has a limited number of wheelchair lift equipped coaches in its fleet. For passengers who require the service of a wheelchair lift equipped coach, we require reservations and full prepayment AT LEAST 48 hours in advance of the trip. While we will do our utmost to provide this service, we cannot guarantee accessible service for Whistler and it is subject to confirmation. Please note that due to safety considerations wheelchair lift services are available for embarkation (boarding) and disembarkation at originating departure locations only; YVR (Vancouver International Airport) and Whistler Village Gateway Loop. 
For passengers who use non-motorized mobility aids, i.e. walkers, and are able to board the coach with some assistance, we are able to store non-motorized mobility aids under the coach. Motorized scooters cannot be carried. We require that you phone us at least 48 hours before your departure to request assistance, and that you be at the embarkation location no less than 30 minutes prior to departure for boarding.
Cancellations to reservations made more than 72 hours before departure date, a full refund minus 15% administration fee will be issued. For cancellations/no-shows within 72 hours of departure, no refunds will be given.
